Analog with intent.

A small, personal watch practice. Small volume, high standards, my reputation on every piece.

I buy watches I would be glad to keep, and sell them to people who will be glad to own them. A few pieces a year, chosen for the movement and the reference, not the hype. Small volume. High standards.

I do not run a store. This is a reputation, not a marketplace. It lives here, on my own site, under my own name, on purpose. When the money is real and the watch is second-hand, trust is the whole transaction. My name is the collateral.

Every piece is the actual piece. Real photographs, the true reference, year, and condition, nothing idealized. The right buyer will recognize it.

Tudor Black Bay 58, navy

39mm · Near mint · Box & papers · $3,350

The dive watch Tudor built in 1958 to prove something, revived at the size the original required. The navy dial is the quieter version: it reads cleanly dressed up or working. Aftermarket Oyster bracelet, priced in.

Usually one or two at a time. When there is nothing here, there is nothing worth selling.

I do not list a watch everywhere at once. Each piece goes to the one venue that fits it — Chrono24, Grailzee, or Facebook Marketplace, directly with me. When a piece is here, its listing is linked. Until then, ask.

puhala.com is where you decide whether to trust the seller. The transaction happens elsewhere, on purpose.

The journal of the practice — the trades, the pieces, the market. A double play on words: second-hand watches, and the second hand that keeps the time. Read Second-Hand →
